This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of the Wando desktop application, the wandostudios.com website, downloads and materials distributed by or through Things Worth Growing LLC ("Wando Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), and any support or onboarding channels we operate (collectively, "Services"). This Policy supplements any applicable end-user license agreement, terms of sale, or third-party provider terms.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes consistent with this Policy, your applicable license terms, the terms of any third-party services you connect to Wando, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Legal and Rights Violations

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or government directive
  • Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual right
  • Engage in fraud, phishing, impersonation, or misrepresentation of affiliation or identity
  • Violate export control laws, trade sanctions, or applicable import/export restrictions

2.2 Harmful and Abusive Content

You may not use the Services to create, upload, process, request, distribute, or promote:

  • Content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful
  • Child sexual abuse material, content that sexualizes or exploits minors, or grooming material
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexually explicit deepfakes
  • Doxxing material, stalking material, or content designed to facilitate harassment or abuse
  • Material that facilitates violence, terrorism, organized crime, illegal weapons activity, or illegal drug activity

2.3 System and Security Abuse

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, license, system, or data
  • Interfere with, disable, scrape, overload, or degrade the Website or related infrastructure
  • Introduce malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious code
  • Bypass or circumvent technical controls, access restrictions, rate limits, license limits, or provider safeguards
  • Use automated tools to harvest content, pricing, account data, or operational information except where expressly permitted in writing

2.4 Misuse of Support Channels

You may not use support or onboarding channels for spam, unsolicited solicitation, abuse, or commercial promotion unrelated to your licensed use of Wando.

3. Content and Output Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • All prompts, uploads, reference materials, edits, and exports you submit through Wando
  • Reviewing outputs before publication, distribution, sale, or commercial use
  • Ensuring you hold all rights and permissions required for any material you upload or process
  • Complying with the terms, licenses, content policies, and usage restrictions of each third-party provider you connect to Wando

You may not use outputs in a manner that makes false or deceptive claims regarding origin, authorship, authenticity, endorsement, or whether content was created by a human or generated by AI.

You may not use Wando to circumvent, evade, or work around the rules, content safeguards, or account restrictions of any connected provider.

4. Third-Party Services

Purchases are processed through Gumroad and support sessions may be scheduled through TidyCal. Those services are not operated by us.

You may not use the Website or Services to interfere with Gumroad, TidyCal, or any other third-party service, circumvent their payment or fraud-prevention controls, or violate their terms of service.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy. Where we determine that a violation has occurred or is likely occurring, we may, without prior notice where circumstances require:

  • Remove or restrict access to downloads, licenses, or support
  • Suspend or terminate access to the Services
  • Decline to fulfill transactions or license requests
  • Preserve records and evidence relevant to the violation
  • Notify third-party providers, payment processors, or hosting providers
  • Report conduct to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
