Website Privacy Policy

Last UpdatedMay 15, 2026

Things Worth Growing LLC ("Wando Studio," "we," "us," or "our") operates wandostudios.com (the "Website"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information in connection with the Website. It does not apply to the Wando desktop application, third-party checkout pages, third-party booking pages, or third-party AI providers, which are governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Technical Data Collected Automatically

When you access the Website, our hosting, CDN, and analytics infrastructure may process:

  • IP address
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Referring URL or campaign source
  • Pages requested, response codes, and timestamps
  • Aggregate traffic and performance statistics

We use this data to deliver and secure the Website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and understand general usage patterns. The Website currently uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that measures aggregate traffic without building individual user profiles. This policy will be updated if that configuration changes.

1.2 Information You Provide Directly

If you contact us by email, we collect your name, email address, message contents, and any attachments you include.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and use it to send you product updates and news. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send. We only send newsletters to people who have explicitly opted in. Email addresses collected through purchases, support bookings, or other interactions are not added to our newsletter list without your separate permission.

1.3 Information We Receive from Third-Party Providers

If you purchase Wando through Gumroad or book a support session through TidyCal, we may receive:

  • Name and email address
  • Order, subscription, or license identifiers
  • Billing country, tax or VAT status, and refund or chargeback status
  • Booking details, scheduled meeting time, and related session information
  • Communications needed to fulfill downloads, licenses, onboarding, or support

We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information collected through the Website to:

  • Operate, secure, and maintain the Website
  • Respond to emails and support inquiries
  • Fulfill orders, deliver licenses, and coordinate support sessions
  • Administer refunds, fraud prevention, and related records
  • Send newsletters and product updates to subscribers who have opted in
  • Comply with applicable legal and tax obligations
  • Protect our rights, services, users, and the public

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site behavioral tracking on the Website. We do not sell personal information collected through the Website, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Third-party pages you navigate to from the Website — including Gumroad and TidyCal — may use their own cookies and tracking technologies under their own policies.

4. Third-Party Services

The Website links to third-party services and platforms, including:

  • Gumroad — purchases and subscriptions
  • TidyCal — support and onboarding bookings
  • GitHub — application downloads
  • Social media platforms and external documentation

When you navigate to a third-party site, that party's own terms and privacy policy govern your activity there. Relevant privacy notices include:

  • Gumroad: https://gumroad.com/privacy
  • TidyCal: https://tidycal.com/privacy-policy
  • Cloudflare: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
  • GitHub: https://docs.github.com/en/site-policy/privacy-policies/github-general-privacy-statement

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, including to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, maintain tax and accounting records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Newsletter subscriber lists are maintained until you unsubscribe or request removal. Third-party providers maintain their own retention schedules under their own policies.

6. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers operate in the United States and may process information in other countries. Where applicable, international transfers are handled under each provider's own transfer mechanisms and privacy commitments.

7. Your Privacy Rights

If you believe you have rights regarding personal information we hold about you under applicable law, contact us at support@thingsworthgrowing.net and we will respond as required by law.

We do not sell personal information collected through the Website and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Because we do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral tracking on the Website, we do not maintain a separate Do Not Track response mechanism beyond the practices described in this policy.

8. Children

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Website.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted to the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
